- 1 onion, diced

- 1 1/2 cup corn
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder

Combine all the ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker and give them a quick stir.
Cover and cook on your crock pot’s low setting for 6-8 hours.
